Chapter 1 - General information

  • The savegame is the persist.dat file in the Oni folder.
  •  
  • One savepoint has a size of 516 bytes.
  •  
  • One level has space for 10 savepoints (= 5160 bytes).
  •  
  • The header has a lenght of 612 bytes. After the header follows the empty space for level 0.
  •  
  • The savegame offers space for 40 levels. Minus level 0 makes 39. Minus the used 14 levels makes 25 unused levels.
  •  
  • The level names are taken out of the ONLD files of level 0.

    Mac special:

  •  
  • All numbers (short, long, float, bitsets) of the Mac savegame data are flipped. That means you have to read it from left to right.
